Rappahannock Chapter: A Conversation with VMI’s 16th Superintendent
Lt. Gen. David J. Furness ’87, superintendent, invites you to join him for an open and candid discussion with fellow alumni and supporters.
This gathering offers an opportunity to reflect on where VMI is headed and to reaffirm what the Institute has meant—and continues to mean—to those who have had the privilege of calling it home. VMI stands for honor, integrity, selfless service, and leadership forged through adversity. These enduring values unite generations of alumni and remind us of the shared responsibility we have to stand together in support of the Institute and its mission, now and in the future.
This event will be a town hall-style conversation designed to encourage open dialogue, address questions, and foster meaningful engagement among alumni and friends of VMI.
We hope you will join us.
