    The VMI Keydet Club chief operating officer provides oversight of programs and staff to ensure they meet the goals and objectives of the club’s strategic plan, supports the president of the VMI Keydet Club Board of Governors and is responsible for the formulation of the policies, goals, objectives, and procedures of the Keydet Club. The COO works closely with VMI leadership, VMI athletics, the CFO and across the VMI Alumni Agencies to develop and execute programs consistent with the missions of VMI and the Keydet Club. The COO reports to the VMI Alumni Agencies CEO.

    The office manager and executive assistant contributes to the successful outcome of Keydet Club objectives and organizational effectiveness and provides support to staff members, the Board of Governors, Keydet Club members, and Agencies and VMI employees.

    The senior vice president of the Keydet Club is a productive, pace-setting major gifts fundraiser chiefly responsible for generating charitable support of athletic scholarships and other Institute priorities. The senior vice president inspires Keydet Club visibility at events as a funding priority, and with collaborative focus on the management of leadership-level donors. The senior vice president is keenly involved with Keydet Club finances as related to funding VMI's NCAA program, as well as a positive advocate for VMI, its athletic program and cadet-athletes, the Alumni Agencies, and the Keydet Club.
