Bluebloods released its FCS Preseason All-American Poll June 13, 2023, with Jack Culbreath ’24, punter, being named to the Third Team Special Teams.

Culbreath, who is entering his senior year, totaled 2,790 yards on 64 punts for an average of 43.6 yards per kick in his junior campaign. The 43.6 yards per kick average ranked ninth in all of FCS Football. The Charlottesville, Virginia, native—who also handled kickoff duties in the fall 2022 season—registered career-highs in touchbacks (5) and fair catches (15), pinning the ball inside the 20 nine times. Booting 14 punts 50 or more yards, Culbreath hit a career-high 60-yard punt against Wofford as he averaged 51.5 yards per kick on the day.

Following the 2022 season, Culbreath was named to the All-SoCon First Team Specialist and the Bluebloods All-SoCon Second Team.
