Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide state government relations consulting services for the advancement of operational and capital funding requests and reputation management for the Virginia Military Institute.
Submission Instructions
- Submission: Proposals must be submitted via email to Amy Goetz, chief communications officer, at rfpconsulting@vmiaa.org.
- Deadline: Proposals must be received no later than close of business on 15 September 2026.
- Questions: All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing by email to rfpconsulting@vmiaa.org by 1 September 2026. Questions after this date will not be considered.
